The crinoline is tie/velcro closure (see last photo). <br><br>Worn once as a MOTB dress. The tag size is 16W, but the alternations measure closer to a petite 14W. The unaltered dress is LONG. This was altered to be a full length dress for someone 5 ft tall with heels on. The seamstress also emphasized the train which adds to the gown’s elegance.
