Never used beautiful cobalt blue fine cut glass crystal “Stars of Midnight” wine glass and carafe set. Made in Germany designed by Horst Belda in 1983. FC, which is marked on the underside is for Franklin Crystal. The crystal goblets have a tapering hexagonal shaped stem with around 3 diameter base. The bowl of the goblet is a cobalt blue with deep cut patterns. The goblets are almost 8 1/2 tall. The mouth is 2 1/2 in diameter. The glass is marked or etched on the underside with the maker and logo.
