Vintage ART (Arthur Pepper) Garland Christmas Tree Brooch. Features multicolor rhinestones and snow-covered branches. A holiday brooch pin, mid-century costume jewelry, and a book piece.Garland wraps around the tree set with small blue, red, and gold colored rhinestones. Yellow green enamel accents. Pointed star on top with a clear rhinestone. The tree sits in a decorative pot that is signed on the back.Measures around 2 1/8" tall x 1 1/4" wide and is in very good vintage condition.
